THE MISSION

Create a visionary Don Julio tequila flight that showcases innovative techniques and forward-thinking ingredients that represent the future of bartending.

THE CHALLENGE

Each finalist is required to prepare two identical flights of cocktails for the judges to taste in pairs. Every serve in your flight should push boundaries—whether through cutting-edge ingredients, innovative techniques, or striking presentation. Your creations must tell a cohesive and compelling story that envisions the future of cocktail culture. As you develop your concept, consider elements such as sustainability, technology, flavour science, or emerging industry trends that could shape what’s next in the world of drinks.

THE PRESENTATION

Each finalist will present their concept within 5 minutes, explaining how each serve reflects their vision for the future of bartending and the evolution of cocktail culture.

CHALLENGE 2

KETEL ONE

THE MISSION

Create an exceptional Ketel One espresso martini cocktail using the mystery box

ingredients. Each bartender must select coffees and honeys from the curated collection.

THE CHALLENGE

Each competitor will receive a sealed mystery box filled with surprise ingredients. In addition, tehy will have access to our premium coffee and honey library, showcasing a range of diverse origins and flavour profiles. The challenge is to craft a unique twist on the Ketel One Espresso Martini, perfectly balancing the mystery ingredients with the selected coffee and honey elements.
