From humble beginnings in Iran to making her mark in Dubai, Zahra’s journey into bartending began in 2018. Originally a barista, she discovered her passion for mixology through a local course—drawn to the artistry, connection, and joy that bartending brings. Despite the limitations of a non-alcoholic market, she focused on mastering techniques and deepening her knowledge through online courses.

After years of persistence, she took her first international role at Shangri-La in Oman, where she faced the challenges of adapting to a global bar scene. Now based in Dubai, Zahra continues to push boundaries as a passionate mixologist—known for her creative flair, flavour-driven drinks, and unwavering dedication to making people smile through her craft.
